Online

Payment options: Debit/Credit card, or cash.

Reserve your ticket online or via our mobile app (so you can get the benefit of the cheaper online price) and pay with cash at over 32,000 ACE Cash Express, Casey’s, CVS, 7-Eleven and Walmart location. (Available for Economy Fare)

Ticket options:

  • Buy online and get an E-Ticket, print your ticket at home and bring it to the station, or collect your ticket at the bus station.
  • Reserve your ticket online via our website or mobile app and pay with cash at over 32,000 locations, now including ACE Cash Express, Casey’s, CVS, Family Dollar, 7-Eleven and Walmart.

Debit/credit card or cash

E-Ticket

  • Simply select E-Ticket as your ticket option when purchasing your ticket.
  • Click the Check-In button two hours prior to your scheduled departure and get your E-Ticket instantly.
  • If you have a roundtrip, simply check-in two hours before your scheduled departure time for your return trip to get your E-Ticket.
  • When it’s time to board the bus, show your E-Ticket to the driver at bus-side and take your seat! It’s THAT easy! 

Print at Home

  • As soon as you pay online for your print at home ticket, you can print your ticket.
  • We’ll send you an 8-digit reservation number by email, so you can print it later, or reprint your ticket if you need to.
  • On the day you travel, just head to the departure gate with your ticket.
  • Print at Home tickets are non-transferable, so you can't give them to someone else.
Pick it up at a Greyhound station
  • Our Will Call service lets you buy your ticket online and collect it at a Greyhound station for a $5 fee (paid at the time of booking). Will Call fees are non-refundable.
To pick up the tickets at the station, the person traveling will need to provide:
  1. Photo ID or password chosen by the person purchasing the ticket
  2. Confirmation Number or the credit card used to purchase the ticket

  • Reserve your tickets online and put them on hold (so you get the benefit of the cheaper online price).
  • Reserve your ticket online via our website or mobile app and pay with cash at over 32,000 locations, now including ACE Cash Express, Casey’s, CVS, Family Dollar, 7-Eleven and Walmart.

[!] Only E-Tickets will be available to purchase online within two hours of traveling.

At the station

Ticket options:

  • Buy your tickets at a Greyhound bus station.
  • You can buy in advance or for travel the same day.

Pay in person at the station

  • You can buy tickets at the ticket counter at any Greyhound bus station, where you’ll be given your printed ticket.
  • At some stations you can buy your ticket at a self service kiosk which will produce your ticket for you.
  • You can buy a ticket for travel the same day, or take advantage of lower prices by buying your ticket in advance (although it still won't be as low as buying in advance online).

  • Call us (toll-free) on 1-800-231-2222.
  • Pick your tickets up at the station.
  • Get your tickets by email to print at home.
  • A fee of $20 per transaction will apply to all purchases made by phone.
